This is a good smoothie for weight cutting or a fat loss phase as well as to have before a training session. This shake recipe does not require any whey protein powder in the blend. You get all your protein from the greek yogurt and the hemp seeds. These are great natural protein options. On the plus side, you don’t have to use a dairy byproduct if you’re not completely comfortable with them. Whey protein is great and has it’s place, but for this particular recipe, greek yogurt fits better, due to the digestive enzymes it has.
